The Iona College men's and women's rowing team completed their Community Service project on October 7th, as the squad participated in "Paving the way to the Marriott". It was sponsored by Campus Ministries and IC Green. They started at the LaPenta Student Union parking lot and made their way by foot to the Marriott in New Roc City picking up trash and cleaning the streets. It was a 1.2 mile walk along North Avenue that included 28 rowers.
