BUFFALO WILD WING STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Samantha Fiorenzo, Women’s Soccer

Iona College women’s soccer sophomore Samantha Fiorenzo was named the Buffalo Wild Wings Student-Athlete of the Week after scoring the game-winning goal with :44 seconds remaining in Iona's 1-0 victory over Saint Joseph's on Sunday.

Fiorenzo’s tally came late in game as the Iona forward buried away a rebound after her initial shot was blocked by a defender deep inside the box.
