Iona College Athletics will host its annual Breast Cancer Awareness Day during its men's and women's basketball contests this Saturday (Feb. 9).
The event will kick off at 4:00 pm when women's basketball takes on Rider. The day concludes with men's basketball's game against Rider at 7:00 pm.
Various activities will take place throughout the day, including a 50/50 raffle, pink t-shirt giveaways, and the "Cut It For Cancer" Head Shaving Station, where fans can help support the fight against cancer. The "Cut It For Cancer" Head Shaving Station will be open from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and all participants will receive one free ticket for the 50/50 raffle.
All proceeds raised from Breast Cancer Awareness Day will go to support the Play4Kay Foundation.
