NEW ROCHELLE,NY – Iona College lacrosse head coach Michelle Mason has announced the dates for the 2012 Iona Lacrosse Summer Camp which will take place July 25-29 at Mazzella Field.

The camp is designated for students in grades 9-12 with the option for overnight or commuter campers. In her fourth year at Iona, Mason the camp director, has developed a nice foundation with the Gaels and was ranked as one of the top-10 most improved teams in the NCAA. She will be assisted by Caitlin Jackson who just finished her first-year on staff with the lacrosse program.

ABOUT THE CAMP

The Iona Lacrosse Camp is focused on teaching the game. This camp is jam-packed with skill sessions that focus on everything from stick work to team concepts. The camp is designed for player’s grades 9-12. Players will be separated age and then skill and will receive personal attention and feedback. Camp instructors include the current Gaels coaching staff and Gaels lacrosse players.
