BUFFALO WILD WING STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Jake Lloyd, Men's Water Polo

Iona College men's water polo sophomore Jake Lloyd was named the Buffalo Wild Wings Student-Athlete of the Week after being named to the CWPA Offensive Player of the Week Honor Roll after a tremendous outing at the Navy Invitational. 

Lloyd scored 15 goals for the Gaels as Iona opened the 2012 season at the Navy Open.  Lloyd began the weekend with a four goal, two steal performance against Gannon.  Lloyd followed it up with two goals and two field blocks against George Washington and a four goal effort against Navy in the team's third game of the day. On Sunday, Lloyd scored five goals against Bucknell.
