INSIDE THE PARK
Since the beginning of the 2012 season, senior outfielder Eileen McCann of the Iona College softball team has taken fans inside the world of not only an Iona softball player, but that of a student-athlete with her blog postings on ICGaels.com. On the field, McCann has been a focal point of a team that has won three consecutive MAAC Championships, one of the longest current streaks in the nation. A mass communications major with a concentration in public relations, McCann is a two-time All-MAAC selection and is Iona's all-time leader in home runs.
