Caitlin Jackson joined the Iona College lacrosse program as an assistant coach in August, 2011.  Jackson, a 2009 graduate of Northwestern University, was a four-time National Champion with the Wildcats.  

Jackson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies from Northwestern.  She spent the 2010-11 season as a volunteer women's lacrosse coach at Columbia, as well as co-owned and operated all Columbia lacrosse camps and clinics through Gameday Lacrosse, LLC.  During the 2009-10 school year, she was an assistant coach at the University of Connecticut.

Jackson's coaching experience also extends to the club ranks, in which she held head coaching positions with NewLax Lacrosse Club (New York, NY), Lax Plus Lacrosse Club (East Windsor, CT), and Wildcat Elite Lacrosse Club (Evanston, IL).
