BUFFALO WILD WING STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Jamie Manser, Women’s Swimming & Diving

Iona College women's swimming and diving senior Jamie Manser was named Buffalo Wild Wings Student-Athlete of the Week after a record breaking performance at the 2012 MAAC Swimming & Diving Championships.

Manser set a new career-high in the 100-Breastroke finishing with a time of 1:01.51, qualifying her for the NCAA Championships. With her finishing time, Manser also set a new ErieCommunity College pool record and Iona record.

The other Iona record that was broke on the final day of MAAC’s was the women’s 400-Free relay.

The Gaels took second in the event as seniors Mackenzie Mone and Manser along with junior Theresa Harvey and sophomore Kerri-Anne Dodenhoff finished in a time of 3:29.61 also an ECAC qualifier.
