Junior Hollie Rowland was selected as the MAAC Women's Runner of the week as the Iona College women's cross country team gutted out a two-point advantage over Penn and five points over Brown to earn a Meet of Champions team title at Van Cortlandt Park. 

Rowland made her Maroon & Gold debut and won the race handily, topping her second place finisher by 39 seconds to earn the individual crown. Led by Rowland's 21:28.55, the Gaels had four of the top 15 finishers in the 6k race. There were 202 competitors and 19 teams.
