STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Randy Dezouvre, men’s basketball 

Iona College men's basketball senior  Randy Dezouvre hit an 18-foot jumper from just beyond the foul line with 1.6 seconds left in overtime helped the Iona College men's basketball team to a thrilling 80-78 win at Denver at Magness Arena. The Gaels erased a 13-point second half deficit to stun the Pioneers.

Dezouvre finished the contest with eight points on 3-of-4 from the field in 20 minutes of action. 

In the Gaels’ other contest of the week, Dezouvre scored four points in 13 minutes as the Gaels fell at Marshall.
