NEW ROCHELLE, NY - Westchester County's early season bout with snow has caused changes in both the Iona College men's and women's rowing and men's soccer competitions on Saturday.
The Fall Metropolitan Championships at Glen Island Park scheduled for tomorrow (Oct. 30) has been cancelled due to dangerous conditions on the water.
Men's soccer will take on Manhattan at Mazella Field tomorrow at 3:00 pm, two hours later than the sceduled start time. The Gaels need just one point to secure the No. 2 seed in next weekend's MAAC Championship. All 10 teams earn a berth this season at the tournament held at Walt Disney's Wide World of Sports in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
